The fund invests in direct real estate. The Fund may invest up to 10% of its assets in bonds issued by the Albanian Government and/or by companies operating in the Republic of Albania with the aim of securing financial income.

The Fund may hold up to 5% of its assets in cash and cash equivalents for liquidity reasons.
