The assets of the Fund include land surfaces/areas with a high development potential, buildings or works of a permanent nature located in them and everything that is or will be an integral part of them.

The location is in Poro village in Myzeqe area, close to Vlora city, with high potential for development, due to its strategic location. The area is close to the new airport proposed for Southern Region of Albania.
