The objective of the Fund is to generate high returns on investment in the long run, providing a suitable diversification for professional and qualified investors.

The assets of the Fund are mainly real estate, which includes land, land with a high development potential, buildings or works of a permanent nature and everything that is or will be an integral part of them.
The objective is the further development of the investment with the final focus on organizing an agribusiness entrepreneurial activity in terms of vineyard cultivation, processing of various wines, wine tourism and enogastronomy, as well as other supporting activities which will turn the area into a tourist attraction.
