Type of investors and our target investors
The fund will be offered only to professional and qualified clients, who meet the conditions set by Law no. 56/2020 On Collective Investment Undertakings.
The Fund is suitable for high net-worth individuals or institutional investors, who besides investment in financial instruments consider diversification of their portfolio through alternative investments such as real estate. Additionally, professional investors do realize and agree to accept a higher level of risk mainly linked to illiquid nature of assets such as real estate.

“Professional client” is the client that meets the following criteria:
– banks and branches of foreign banks;
– investment firms;
– other licensed or recognized financial institutions;
– insurance companies;
– collective investment undertakings and management companies of these enterprises;
– voluntary pension funds and management companies of these funds;
– traders of basic goods in the form of financial instruments and derivatives of basic goods;
– local firms providing investment services;
– other institutional investors.
– the total amount of assets in the balance sheet is at least ALL 2.6 billion;
– the net turnover is at least ALL 5.2 billion; or
own capital is at least ALL 260 million.
Central and regional government units, public bodies that manage public debt, central banks, international institutions, such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, the European Investment Bank and other similar international organizations.
Other institutional investors, whose main activity is investing in financial instruments, including entities dedicated to the securitization of assets or other financial transactions.
“Qualified client”
is any person, legal or natural, who is categorized as a non-professional client, but who, at his request, is treated as a professional client, when he meets at least two of the following criteria:
– the client has conducted a significant number of transactions in the relevant market, with an average frequency of 10 quarterly operations over the previous four quarters;
– the size of the client’s portfolio of financial instruments, including cash deposits and financial instruments exceeds ALL 65 million;
– the client works or has worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position, which requires knowledge of the transactions or services envisaged.
The Fund Management Company determines and follows the plan of measures related to the recognition of the investor profile, investor information, transparency in information, organizational rules, in order to guarantee the effective performance according to the investment policy and risk profile of the Fund.
